VIP Tickets to the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards
They’re BA-ACK! It’s been a few years, but we’re pleased to offer VIP tickets to the next edition of the iHeartRadio Music Awards. The event is slated for Monday, March 17th, 2025, 5 p.m. PT, and it’s going to be bigger than ever as this musical award show celebrates its 12th year recognizing the most-played songs and the hottest performers to hit the airwaves.
March 17th is the day, and beautiful Los Angeles is the place to be on that day, but only if you’re a music fan–and we know you are, or you wouldn’t have clicked on the link, and you wouldn’t be reading the words that we have picked out for you just now. As you probably know, this event is fan-driven. Whether you walk, drive, fly, take a train, Uber, hitch-hike or however you get there, it’s going to be a night to remember. In fact, we promise you won’t be able to forget it. If you can get to L.A., VIP Concierge can get you into the award show.
iHeartRadio Music Award Nominees
iHeartRadio finally announced the full list of this year’s nominees on January 22, 2025. As usual, there’s a diverse group of contenders vying for these fan-voted trophies. Taylor Swift (11), Morgan Wallen (10), Post Malone (10), Sabrina Carpenter (10) and Kendrick Lamar (9) lead with the most nominations and are competing against each other for Artist of the Year. That’s no surprise! These performers have been cleaning up at industry award shows for months!
- Benson Boone, Chappell Roan, Gracie Abrams, Shaboozey and Teddy Swims are up for Best New Artist (pop).
- Lady Gaga will be honored with this year’s Innovator Award due to her vast portfolio of work and commitment to social justice.
- Mariah Carey will receive this year’s Icon Award, which puts her up there will all-time greats like Cher who received the award last year!
- Due to the tragic wildfires striking Southern California, the award show will also drive donations toward FireAidLA.org.
What Are the iHeartRadio Music Awards?
Since iHeartRadio founded the show in 2014, it’s become one of the industry’s premier events. The award show uses a variety of data to determine the nominees and the winners. Data sources include airplay charts, listener feedback and digital streaming reports. It also tracks record sales, video views and social media activity.
The award show recognizes winners across more than three dozen categories. Usually, about eight to 10 categories rely on fan-voting and social media hashtags to determine the final winner. Categories range from mainstays like Album of the Year and Best Music Video to off-the-wall social-voting categories, such as Best Fan Army, TikTok Bop of the Year and the Social Star Award.
