The pre-nominations for the daytime soap operas have been announced. The Blue Ribbon judging begins on March 27 and ends April 22. Final nominations will be announced on May 1, when the list of pre-nominations are winnowed down to ten per category. The show is in Las Vegas on June 23. It is being broadcast on CW network.
